B. Free-text responses are not stored
If the questionnaire includes open-ended, free-text fields, we process that text to generate your output and then do not store the full text responses in our systems after processing is complete.
Exceptions: if you email that text to us (e.g., support requests), it will exist in the support email thread; and we may retain limited technical records as required for security, debugging, or legal compliance (which are not intended to preserve your free-text content).

Basic device and usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP)

D. Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store your full card details. We may receive limited payment-related data such as confirmation of payment, transaction IDs, and billing status.
